By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Consultancy, health checks, DBA services and any other work are delivered under a quotation, service agreement or order confirmation that sets out scope, prices, response targets and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.
2. Information, prices and offers on the website
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date at every moment. Descriptions of services and typical engagement durations are a general description of what we offer and become binding only when confirmed in writing for your environment.
Prices shown on this website are in euros and exclude VAT. The health check price applies to estates of up to ten SQL Server instances; larger or more complex estates are quoted separately. A written quotation always prevails over a price on the website.
Case descriptions and figures on the website are illustrations of our work. Where they are based on customer engagements they have been anonymised and simplified.
3. Booking a call
The booking page lets you reserve a time slot in our calendar through Microsoft Bookings. A booked intro call is free of charge and without obligation for either party. We may reschedule or cancel a booking, for example in case of an urgent customer incident, and will tell you as soon as we can. Bookings made with false details or for purposes unrelated to our services may be cancelled without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, logos, code samples and images, is owned by Databaseonline B.V. or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. SQLServerSpecialist.nl, the SQL Server Specialist mark, DatabaseOnline, SQLTreeo, SQLCompare, SSMSFolders, SSMS Addon, 24x7DBA and Office365 Mail Solutions are names and brands of Databaseonline B.V.
